This website was developed in partnership with the Mi’gmag Maliseet Aboriginal Fisheries Management Association (MMAFMA) and the network of AAROM departments. AAROM is DFO’s Aboriginal Aquatic Resource and Oceans Management program, and the AAROM Hub provides a resource centre, much like the Indigenous Guardians Toolkit, that promotes and showcases the work of the AAROM Recipients. Key sections include AAROM Department Profiles and a map of AAROM departments. It provides case studies of Indigenous-led marine conservation.
