This agreement between the governments of Canada and Manitoba summarizes the numbered treaties with Indigenous Nations signed between 1871 and 1910. It sets out the ways and means that the Parties – Canada, Manitoba and the TLEC, on behalf of the Entitlement First Nations – agree to fulfill and satisfy the outstanding land obligations arising from the Treaties between the First Nations and the Crown.
