This summary provides an overview of the IPCA Establishment Productive Retreat, held in 2019 and hosted on Tla-o-qui-aht Territory. The purpose of this retreat was to bring together Indigenous Nations who are in the early phases of establishing IPCAs, as well as allies who support this work.
