This video captures some highlights from the Transforming Conservation: Indigenous Protected and Conserved Areas (IPCAs) gathering, held in May 2018 in London, ON. Hosted by Trent University’s Indigenous Environmental Studies and Sciences program, Plenty Canada, Walpole Island land Trust and Ontario Nature, the three-day event brought together 97 participants, including members of 19 Indigenous communities and organizations and representatives of 34 conservation and environmental organizations, government agencies and academic institutions.
