This website is home to the Beaufort Sea Partnership. The Partnership aims to develop and implement an Integrated Ocean Management Plan for the Beaufort Sea Large Ocean Management Area (LOMA) through a partnership of federal and territorial agencies, municipalities, Inuvialuit Councils, other land claim councils and Committees as well as industries. The Partnership operates under the framework of the Inuvialuit Final Agreement to support a collaborative and transparent process and to provide long-term direction as well as a common basis for integrated, ecosystem-based and adaptive management of all marine activities with the Beaufort Sea.
