This website is dedicated to highlighting the work of students, faculty, and staff of the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in the areas of Aboriginal and Indigenous law. According to the site, “Abajignmuen has been defined in English to mean: ‘Sharing’ and ‘giving back’ to one’s community, thereby strengthening relations.” The intent of the website is “to allow those privileged to be working and learning about Aboriginal and Indigenous law to give back to the broader community by sharing what they are learning in an accessible way.” The website features work and projects organized by key topics such as essential services; jurisdiction and governance; and identity, language, and culture.
