Dr. Reg Crowshoe, Danika Littlechild, and Eli Enns cultivated principles of Ethical Space at all levels of the Pathway to Canada Target 1. This led to the conceptualization of Indigenous Protected and Conserved Areas (IPCAs) in 2017.
