Joshua Ladue

Joshua Ladue, a land guardian from Ross River, received the Jarret Quock Award for Outstanding Leadership for his work in protecting Indigenous lands. Ladue and his team care for the land, monitor water, issue hunting permits, and conduct bird monitoring programs. The recognition serves as motivation for Ladue to continue his important work, and he hopes his own son will follow in his footsteps as a future land guardian.
