East Side Traditional Lands Planning and Special Protected Areas Act

This is the Manitoba East Side Traditional Lands Planning and Special Protected Areas Act. This legislation enables Indigenous communities on the East Side of Lake Winnipeg to engage in land use and resource management planning for designated areas of Crown land that they have traditionally used.
